Job purpose
As a strategic partner, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with HR colleagues, Head of Departments, and Hiring Managers to understand the hiring needs and develop talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire highly qualified talents. He/she is responsible to drive recruitment initiatives within the country and opportunity to get involved in recruiting across the Asia Pacific too.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with the hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and talent pool requires focusing in Korea and also involved with recruiting for other countries as and when needed.
- He / she will involve with hiring Group and Senior positions in the region Korea.
- He / she is expected to build strong stakeholder management. Develop consultative relationships with business stakeholders including Head of Departments, HR colleagues and Regional Leaders.
- Sourcing of candidates through sourcing channels and direct headhunting as and when appropriate. Includes conducting initial interview, to screen candidates based on skill set required.
- Building strong pipeline of talents while keeping abreast of talent market happenings.
- Manage full cycle recruitment process, which includes sourcing, reviewing of CVs, conduct interviews, interview co-ordination, offer management and negotiation, reference checks, background checks & on-boarding processes.
- Communicate on regular basis with stakeholders to update and report on recruitment status.
- Work closely with our social media expert to promote TMF Group and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding.
- Be part of a key member in the Talent Acquisition team to roll-out best in class processes and recruitment projects.
- Manage job postings, applicants and work flow through ATS, as well as data integrity.
Key Requirements
- Recognized bachelor degree with three or more years of progressive Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment experience.
- Full cycle recruitment experience within an agency/search firm is preferable.
- Good industry knowledge with best recruitment practices.
- Expert knowledge of recruitment, focusing on digital and social media resources, applicant tracking systems, and creative sourcing techniques.
- Must possess exceptional drive and motivation to achieve and hiring goals.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
- Excellent follow-up skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with high degree of ambiguity.
- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to details while able to maintain a broad overview of things.
- Good spoken and written English skills.
