What will Manager, Technical Sales Engagement do
You will be a part of the Sales team and will support the Sales cycle. You will have the locations which you will be working on directly, and will maintain the customers' technical questions, technical support and will ensure all the needs are met. You will attend the meetings and will present directly to the end user and partners to explain products deeper. You will also maintain relationships with channel partners and the customers, and act as a bridge between customers and SOCRadar team to solve their problems by engaging all points of the process.
Responsibilities:
- Defining, developing & supporting the sales process for technology and solutions with account teams.
- Providing technical engagement to customers for pre-sales and post-sales.
- Being responsible for the defined quota.
- Engaging in account transactions based on technical expertise required in specific deals/programs leveraging specialized knowledge base across multiple accounts.
- Focusing on the area of technical expertise, e.g., specific products/areas within company's global business units.
- Technical consulting to customers in selling and supporting company products, services and systems, or software.
- Providing technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customer training.
- Meeting technical questions of customers and partners, offering best practices and managing POC process
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in the technical area
- At least 5 years of team management experience
- Advanced knowledge of current and emerging security technologies
- Knowledge of industry network and information security methods, standards, architectures, policies and procedures
- Knowledge of standard business processes, partner management, customer engagement and management processes and risk management drivers
- Fluency in English is a must
- Communication & Presentation Skills
