A Spa Center in Manama, Bahrain is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Massage Therapist (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Perform professional quality massage within the scope of practice and licensing
- Design specific sessions based on members' or guests' individual needs
- Create excellent member/guest experience through a friendly and helpful attitude
- Comply with all applicable standards, rules and regulations
- Guide guests through service offerings and determine which massages would benefit them most
- Take a detailed guest history and note any health conditions
- Evaluate guests to determine painful or stressed areas of the body
- Suggest future massage appointments and regime to guests
- Listen to guests during appointments and adjust technique as they desire
- Look after the work environment to ensure that it is kept clean and tidy
- Good and effective communication with employer and other therapists
- Some flexibility in reaction to changes in customer massage appointments
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Fluent in written and verbal English communication
- Proven work experience as a Professional Massage Therapist abroad or in a similar role
- Degree or certification as a massage therapist
- Knowledgeable and experienced in performing various kinds of massage, such as aromatherapy, reflexology, head massage, herbal Balinese massage, hot stone, Thai massage, lomi lomi and etc
- Willing to relocate to Bahrain
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rp11,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per month
