Have experience and understanding of the Contact Center & flow IVR application for at least 2 years
Have experience and knowledge in terms of system optimization, problem solving, application design review
Having knowledge in application development using .NET (C# and VB), Javascript, REST API and Microsoft SQL Server
Understand Business Process Management and good communication • Good personality and able to work well in a team.
