Job Title : Operation Process – Spare Management
Only Malaysian
Salary : 4500 RM.
Qualification:
- Years of experience: 2-5 years in Telecommunication field
- Qualifications: Degree in Electrical Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering/International Business in Supply and Logistics
Skills Required:
- Good experience in spare part handling system especially in Telecommunication operation and maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of Spare Part Management System.
- Experience in inventory audit in warehouse or related.
- Knowledge in 5G network will be added advantageous
- Experience in leading a team ( network operation, project)
- Analytical, good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Establish spare part and consumable items minimum target stock level based on insights inventory failure or usage rate for stock replenishment process.
- Establish SPMS and non-proprietary consumable items process/guideline/SOP to eliminate or minimize inaccurate stock inventory subject to continuous improved and optimized.
- Close monitor and regular follow up on any abnormalities of return material authorization process cycle. Zero pending faulty return.
- Close monitor on non-proprietary consumable items based on regional inputs.
- To facilitate/coordinate and provide training or workshop.
- Support Regional operation needs in material request ordering.
- Regular follow up on the events with relevant departments working on it as per the process particularly on user experience issues of the tools/app used.
- Produce and output routine report.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM4,400.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
