  • Job purpose:
  • Reporting to OE Manager, responsible for evaluating existing process and configuring manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve sustainability and develop best practice within the production process
  • Key Related Activities
  • Coordinate the manufacturing launch of new/revised products including establishing goals, training team members, and evaluating results.
  • Communication with HQ then take all new technology for current product also new product
  • Monitor and manage all operational processes in the plant
  • Proactively making changes in order to continuously improve efficiency and business performance
  • Act as the point of escalation for manufacturing issues, using experience and specialist knowledge to resolve problems and maximize team efficiency and performance
  • Investigate causes and reasons for line delivery and quality issues in order to minimize repetition of avoidable problems
  • Liaise with other internal customers and suppliers as required in order to ensure an integrated and effective manufacturing area
  • Confer with sales, planning, and design staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods and quality results
  • KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (as per the Annual MBO)
  • Test new material
  • Control ECN from HQ
  • Control all document of Enginneering
  • Work cycle and routing for all motor
  • Create parameter for nameplate

Specialized and Technical Knowledges:
  • English proficiency to read/write/speak
  • Ability to Learn/Adapt
  • Teamwork skills Independent Problem Solving skills
  • Process flow/industrial flow
  • Electrical-Electronic Engineer and have good experial with mechanical
  • Enthusiastic, and willing to support as needed
  • At least 2 or 3 years specialized in electric motor design and dimensioning evaluations
  • Able to identify, break down and solve a variety of difficult technical problems.
